It began at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London.
The journey included visits to the stadiums of MK Dons, Leicester City and Crewe Alexandra with the aim to increase awareness along the way.
Fast forward 4 days and a gruelling 200+ mile journey, we arrived at our destination … our beloved Anfield, the home of Liverpool FC.
Hearts were touched along the way, supporters came out in huge numbers and thousands of pounds were raised to support vital causes.
